Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Equilibrium Insights ("the Service," "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Equilibrium Insights is a sports betting data analytics and information platform. We provide:

• Real-time and delayed odds data from licensed US sportsbooks and prediction markets
• Arbitrage opportunity detection and display
• Positive expected value (EV) calculations
• AI-powered parlay analysis (Premium tier)
• Kelly Criterion bet sizing calculator
• Personal bet tracking and P&L dashboard
• Discord community access and alert notifications

Equilibrium Insights is an information service only. We do not place bets on your behalf, hold funds, offer gambling services, or act as a sportsbook or betting exchange.

3. Eligibility

To use Equilibrium Insights, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
• Be located in a jurisdiction where accessing sports betting analytics information is legal
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using such services under applicable law

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent feature restrictions

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5a. Plans

Equilibrium Insights offers three tiers: Free, Pro ($29/month), and Premium ($79/month). Paid plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe.

5b. Billing

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Equilibrium Insights to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

5c. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings or by emailing support@equilibriuminsights.net. Upon cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months. See our Refund Policy.

5d. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice sent to your registered email address.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from Equilibrium Insights without written permission
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Equilibrium Insights data without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Circumvent any access controls or feature restrictions
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law
• Share your subscription access with others ("account sharing")
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to place bets based on our data without our knowledge

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Equilibrium Insights — including algorithms, UI design, text, and branding — are owned by Equilibrium Insights and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equilibrium Insights and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, betting losses, or loss of data — arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Equilibrium Insights in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Paid subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion in cases of Equilibrium Insights-initiated termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
