Equilibrium Insights ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Equilibrium Insights platform — a sports betting analytics and arbitrage detection service accessible at this website and via our Discord bot. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2a. Information you provide directly

• Email address and password (when you create an account)
• Full name (optional, during signup)
• Bankroll amount (for Kelly Criterion calculations — stored in your profile)
• Bets and P&L data (when you use the bet tracker)
• Discord user ID (when you link your Discord account to Equilibrium Insights)

2b. Payment information

We use Stripe to process all payments. Equilibrium Insights never stores your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details. Stripe handles and encrypts all payment data. We receive only a customer ID and subscription status from Stripe. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

2c. Automatically collected data

• IP address and general location (country/region)
• Browser type and version
• Pages visited and features used within Equilibrium Insights
• Session timestamps and duration

2d. Data we do NOT collect

• Your sportsbook account credentials or login information
• Social security number or government ID
• Precise geolocation (GPS)
• Private messages outside of our platform

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To deliver the analytics features you subscribed to
• To assign Discord roles based on your subscription tier
• To send service emails (account, billing, alerts you opt into)
• To improve the platform and fix bugs
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, row-level security on our database (via Supabase), and secure authentication. However, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.

Equilibrium Insights is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us at support@equilibriuminsights.net and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by emailing registered users or posting a notice on the site. Continued use of Equilibrium Insights after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
